well, another morning......finally got all older kids off to school oh ya did i mention along with our twin daughters we have 5 sons....ya thats right a total of 7 kids, i know crazy huh? so now its time to research on what to do to get my daughters and others with disabilities noticed.  You notice how theres all these programs out there and funds for kids and people that have cancer one big one is breast cancer for example and dont get me wrong there should be nothing breaks my heart more then a child or person suffering from cancer.  But we always hear people complain, why put money towards someones future that doesnt really have an impact on our economy to make it better like example disabled alot of people think whats the whole point on putting research and funds towards people who will most likly be put in the states hands and the state will be paying for everythng once they turn 18 becuase they cant live on their own.  well what research and things have weve really done to help these people?  beleive it or not they are just like us they just need someone to beleive in them and help.  Yes we do have those awarnesses out there like CP awarness and autism and walmart is big on helping people with disabilities but its not enough.  Here we live in the united states where its okay to be obese or its the new beautiful to be old, they have all these new obese and and older women becoming models and making headlines for it but do u ever see a disabled person getting that kind of attention?  Its probably because alot of them cant really stand up for themselves and be heard and those who do theres very little of them.  Beleive it or not children who have disabilities the more attention and medical help they get while their younger the better chances there are that they will suceed and be be able to live a normal adulthood but its hard to find those services weve been fighting for our daughters to recieve all kinds of therapy but the states dont pay a whole lot to be a therapist so theres not a whole lot of therapist out there to do the job.  Remember this is my opinion and point of veiw, you dont have to agree with it or you can im just trying to make sure that my daughters have as much as a normal life as any other child would have just like any mother would want for their child.  I aslo just type these blogs from what  i happen to be thinking at that time so if theres any misspelling or anything its because im in a hurry and dont go back to check it as you know im a busy person with 7 kids two whom are disabled.

I am new at this and is doing it mainly for my twin daughters so work with me until i get use to it.  The whole point of this is to get my daughters story out  and known and to show others like them nothing is impossiple.  Allee and kourtney are twin sisters that had complications at birth  due to doctor errror.  They both have cerebral palsy, pancake cerebellum, and seizure disorde.  They are 6 years old and just about as girly yet tough as any girl can be.  Allee is the older one by a couple of minutes and will let you know.  From the time she was born she let everybody know that even if a doctor parent anyone told her she coldnt do it she would prove them wrong, shes always been very protective over her twin sister she can walk run do just about anything any other child can do but she can not talk and is about the mind level of a 2 year old.  She does loose her balance and falls alot from her CP but gets right up and tries again there is nothing that could keep her down.  Kourtney is the more laid back sweet quiet child with a smile that could light up a room she can not sit up or walk shes bound to a wheel chair and she also can not communicate through words weve been told she about the level of a 4 month old but shes smarter then most people give her credit for.  Every where we go we have always gotten complimants of how beautiful kourtney is and when she smiles she lights up a room.  A recent thing ive looked into for my daughters is modeling, i was never for sure about how i felt about modeling but looking more into it it became more of an intrest.  I looked different things up on modeling for disabled and theres not a whole lot out there, ive always wanted my daughters to have as much as a normal life as i could give themand show them that no matter what their disabilities are anythings possible.  They seem to be the type that could do well in the modeling industry and good role models for children like them. So that is why i decided to set up the blog to show their progress and how they reach their goals they want even when someone says its not possible.  It may and may not work out but i want my daughters to know no matter what they are capable of doing anything they put their mind to no matter what people say.
